Each reefer monitoring unit includes a temperature sensor which continually monitors the reefer’s temperature. Authorized users can set High and Low temperature limits for each monitored reefer. Temperature Violations are reported immediately, and ongoing temperature updates are reported to the server at thirty minute intervals. The website produces a variety of management reports and performance summaries based on the reefer’s activities.

Alert Notification

Temperature Violations, GeoFence Violations, Low Battery, etc., will trigger an immediate update to the tracking server. Each violation can trigger an immediate Alert Notification message issued as a text message and/or as an email.

Reporting

Authorized users can create custom Track Reports to examine each reefer’s path and performance at any time over the last 90 days. Track Reports can be used to confirm compliance with route objectives; or for Customer Billing, Fleet Management, or other operational requirements.

Maintenance Support

Reports the accumulated Reefer Hours to ensure timely maintenance services.

Compressor Faults

The monitoring unit can report compressor Faults as they occur.
